Please be advised that as of November 21, 2005, an agreement was reached and signed between Rudy & Steve Salas granting Rudy Salas exclusive rights to the use of the Tierra name for concerts or appearances.  Any and all venues and advertisers featuring Steve Salas must bill him as "Formerly of Tierra" for future dates.
